Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TravelBoost, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the TravelBoost platform for your travel agency business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the platform materials
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose outside your licensed use
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on another server
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws

Account Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Payment and Billing

By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after pricing changes indicates acceptance of the new rates.

User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data and content you input into our platform. By using TravelBoost, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your data, the means by which you acquired it, and your use of it with our platform.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TravelBoost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will have access to export your data for 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
